5 time world champion and the only 4 time no-gi world champion, Caio Terra made his first visit to Oregon and did an AMAZING two day seminar!
On Saturday, December 3rd, his three (plus) hour seminar covered very technical concepts and revolutionary half guard passes. At the end of the day every one was suffering from information over load (and sore necks!). Although it was a lot of information everyone took something away!
On Sunday, December 4th he conducted a second seminar focusing on Terra guard. It was nothing short of AWESOME!
