Foundation repair & helical piles in Oregon

Helical piles for Oregon projects
Support for new construction and existing foundations
Planning a home, addition, porch or deck? Absolute Foundation installs helical piles and connections for new construction foundations across Northwest Oregon. Helical piles can also form part of an underpinning plan for an existing structure.
Share your plans early so we can discuss the proposed support, installation access and project requirements. We work from the needs of the structure and site rather than a standard pile count or assumed installation depth.
Discuss your project with us: (971) 436-1889.
How helical piles work
Helical piles are steel foundation elements with spiral-shaped plates. Installation equipment rotates them into the ground, and a designed connection transfers the structure’s load to the pile.
Their use depends on the required loads, ground conditions, installation access and connection details. Depth and capacity are project-specific; a nearby installation does not establish what your site will need.
For an existing foundation, piles may be used with underpinning brackets. For new construction, the support locations and connections should be coordinated with the building plans.
Bring your plans into the conversation
Send the property location, the type of structure you are planning and any drawings or engineering information you already have. Photos showing access routes, slopes and nearby structures can help us prepare for the discussion.
We review installation access, the intended support locations and connection requirements. We also discuss what design information is still needed and how installation fits into the construction sequence.
Pile quantity, required capacity, depth, connections and access all affect scope and pricing. A project-specific evaluation is the starting point for a useful proposal.
